How does this pricing work?
Heymarket offers four plans: Standard, Plus, Pro, and Enterprise. Each plan is based on the features included. We bill our plans per user, and each plan has a minimum of two users.
Our pricing is based on the following steps:
- Choose your plan. Heymarket offers four plans: Standard, Plus, Pro, and Enterprise. Each plan is based on the number of types of features included.
- Select your users. All plans have a minimum of two users. Select the number of users in your team, and your plan will be billed per user.
- Choose your message bundle. Select how many messages you need to send. If you exceed the number of messages you purchased, you will be moved to the next tier (more on this below).
- Select monthly or annual billing. Annual plans receive a discount equivalent to two months of Heymarket free, spread out over the course of the year.
- Add any add-ons. You can purchase additional features for certain plans.
What is included in each plan?
In addition to the features listed in each plan, each user gets an inbox and a phone number if needed. If your team has five users, your Heymarket subscription will include up to five shared inboxes, each with a phone number. They can be set up at any time.
How do you handle 10DLC registration?
There is a $10 per month per campaign charge that covers all 10DLC registration and compliance for your Heymarket account.
What if I send more messages than currently in my subscription?
If the messaging volume in a billing period exceeds the amount in the subscription, additional message bundles will be automatically added to account for the difference. Administrators will receive emails as the messaging volume approaches the amount in the subscription.
Please note that 1) message bundles will be added at the existing per message segment rate in the subscription, and 2) the new message bundle quantity will remain in the subscription, so the renewal will reflect the higher volume. Contact us to reduce the amount of messages in your subscription.
Example: Assume a monthly billing cycle from January 1st to January 31st, with a subscription for 10,000 message segments. If the messaging volume reaches 10,500 segments on January 15, an additional 500 message segment bundle will be added to the subscription. The renewal on February 1 will be for 10,500 message segments.
What is a message segment?
1 SMS segment = a 160 bytes message = a 160 basic text character message.
If you go over 160 basic text characters you are charged for additional SMS segments.
For example: 1-160 character(s) = 1 SMS segment and 161-306 characters = 2 SMS segments.
MMS counts as 1 segment.
How does pricing work for WhatsApp messages?
WhatsApp messages count as message segments toward your monthly or annual message segment allotment.
How is RCS Branded Messaging priced?
Does RCS cost more than SMS?
RCS is billed by segment (rich text) or per message (rich media), similar in structure to SMS, but verified sender registration carries additional one-time and recurring fees not required for SMS.
How long does it take to become a verified RCS sender?
Typically 6-10 weeks, since the registration must be vetted and approved by carrier partners.
Is RCS available on monthly plans
Due to the annual recurring fees and time to get a brand verified, RCS is only available on Annual plans.
What is a team and inbox in Heymarket?
A Heymarket team is a group of users and objects (e.g., contacts, templates, lists, etc), where the objects in the team are shared by default. A team can have one or more shared inboxes, each of which can be configured to support various messaging channels. Administrators control who in the team has access to which shared inboxes. Inboxes are typically set up to message for each department (e.g., Sales, Operations) and/or location (e.g., New York, San Francisco)
What forms of payment do you accept?
Heymarket supports majors credit cards. For Enterprise, Plus and Pro subscriptions, invoice billing is also available.
Do you offer discounts?
Annual subscriptions include a discount equivalent to two months of Heymarket for free, spread out over the course of the year. We also offer discounts for nonprofit organizations and for customers that sign up for a high volume of users or messages.
What is your cancellation policy?

What security measures do you implement?
